The German Hunting Magazine Pirsch had an interview with Werner Trense on the occasion of his 90th birthday.

 

He was Secretary General of the CIC from 1974 to 1999. Werner Trense has done a lot for wildlife and the CIC.

 

Lately, he donated his trophy collection "Deer of the World" to the hunting museum of the Jagdschloss Granitz, on the island of Rügen in Germany. This collection is now being exhibited in the CIC Museum in Palárikovo..
