The 70th General Assembly was taking place in Cascais, Portugal on the 19th and 21st of April 2024.
In the afternoon of the Members’ Assembly Nicholas Doherty, CIC Legal Advisor confirmed that
181 Members with voting rights were present, thus 33 countries, out of which there are 27 CIC National Delegations were present or duly represented. The necessary quorum was reached, the Assembly could therefore decide on any items mentioned in the Agenda.
